What's going on here?

The blog is still moving along! I've found it to be a great way to keep everyone informed of new projects, new crias and new ideas. Check out what I've been knitting, weaving and dyeing. See what the alpacas have been up to. And get some tips on raising alpacas.

If you would like to purchase a fleece, let me know soon. We have a black fleece, a dark brown fleece, a light fawn fleece, a couple whites and others. Please email me to purchase a fleece or come for a visit to check out the remaining fleeces for sale.

We have a very busy 2011 planned. I've alerady signed on to two Farmer's Markets - Becker and Elk River. Check out our Events Page to see all the opportunities you have to visit with us. I plan to do several crafts shows towards fall as well as Farm Tour and the UMA Fall Fiber Festival.

What's new at Hollyhock Alpaca Shoppe?
I will weave a shawl for you - you select the fiber, and I will spin that fiber and weave it into a shawl just for you. Or how about a matching scarf and mittens set - dyed to the color of your choice. You'll find pictures of more of my work on our Online Shopping page . I also have wonderful alpacas socks and teddy bears on the shopping page. Please share the page with family and friends. I've started doing dyeing and felting for other farms using their yarn or soap. Please email me if interested in learning more about the services I offer.
